While trying to remove tub seal hub (which came off in six pieces I call it a "TOUGH" hub) I accidentally cracked the outside tub. I have received the new HT transmission which came with a new tub seal kit PN W102119156. I ordered a seal kit when I ordered the transmission not knowing it came with a tub seal. I also ordered an outside tub it is on manufacture back order. AppliancePartsPros.com is keeping me up to date on the back order part, The hub was the hardest part to remove. The video's... Read more
New parts did the trick. Very easy to replace. Did not need to replace the base agitator, the fabric dispenser, or the screw; but, while it was apart it was simple to do. Read more

Washing machine upper agitator auger and post assembly.
After figuring out this had nothing to do with "dogs" as most videos suggested (I don't even think this agitator has them.) I determined that the two part upper had worn down connector clips (I'm sure there's a proper name for them but I never saw anything that described this problem) I simply followed the online video for removal of the upper agitator and put the new one on.
