This is a micro switch used in the microwave door interlock system. It detects whether the door is properly closed and signals the control board to allow or prevent microwave operation. Replace this switch if the microwave won't start, runs with the door open, or if the door latch clicks but the unit doesn't respond.
One of the three-door switches had failed. In my case, 00631512 or ref 25217585 on the left front of the unit. The green button no longer "clicked". When that switch fails, one of the ceramic fuses located under the top cover at the far back of the unit is blown. Used Volt-Ohm meter to determine which fuse. Happy to have also ordered a replacement door switch Support, just in case, as I was unable to remove the failed switch from the support without breaking a key brittle plastic tab.... Read more
Fix an oven that won't reach set temperature or shows inaccurate readings. This temperature sensor monitors heat levels for proper cooking performance.
Guessed it must be either a heat sensor or a lower element. Bosch wall oven with no easy access to the back of the stove. Had to remove the door (very Heavy) to more easily access the temperature sensor. I thought from a video that the sensor could be easily replaced without having to access the red of the stove - not true! The sensor wire was secured to other wires and a clip screwed into the sheet metal. I was able to remove all screws with a Torx head driver. Since I had to pull the unit out... Read more
The Control Board is an OEM part for Bosch wall ovens. It serves as the main control center for the oven, managing and regulating all the functions, including temperature settings, cooking modes, timers, and the operation of the heating elements.
Causes of a bad Control Board can include electrical surges, wear and tear from prolonged use, exposure to heat, and moisture or grease buildup that can damage electronic components.
Symptoms of a bad Control Board include:
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore models.
Replaced the main control board on a Thermador oven model POD301J/01 after we got an E115 error and the top broiler would come on no matter what setting you put it on and wouldn't turn off and would overheat. Took me about 30 mins total to replace after taking pics to make sure everything went back as it was. So far so good and it's working again! Read more
The Bulb is an OEM part for Bosch ovens. This component provides illumination inside the oven, allowing you to easily monitor the cooking process without opening the door and losing heat.
Causes of a bad bulb can include filament burnout due to extended use, electrical issues that cause power surges, or physical damage from accidental impacts.

This meat probe sensor is a temperature-sensing device that inserts into food while it cooks in the oven, allowing the oven to monitor the internal temperature and automatically stop cooking when the target temperature is reached. It connects to a jack inside the oven cavity via a heat-resistant cable. Replace this probe if your oven no longer reads the food temperature accurately, displays a probe error code, or if the cable or tip is visibly damaged.

Seals the oven door to retain heat and improve efficiency. Replace if you notice heat escaping or uneven cooking. Verify fit with your model number.
Microwave won't power on? A blown fuse is often the culprit. This protective component prevents electrical damage from power surges. DIY repair in 1-2 hours.
The hardest part was sliding the appliance out of the wall and removing the microwave oven casing to access the internals. When the internals were accessible, a multi-meter was used to confirm that the fuse was actually blown (this was the first assumption when power was lost to the unit). Then checked each side of the fuse bracket to make sure that we were not going to ground on either side. Both sides checked out. Inserted the new fuse, restored power at the breaker box and tested the oven... Read more

This is a telescopic oven rack that slides out smoothly on ball-bearing glides, making it easier to access heavy dishes without reaching deep into a hot oven. It fits standard 30-inch wall ovens and replaces a fixed rack with a pull-out design. Replace this rack if the sliding mechanism is bent, the glides no longer roll smoothly, or the rack is warped from heat damage.
Replaced the oven bake element and the sensor. I don’t think that the sensor was faulty, but replaced anyway. The replacement was fairly easy, but there are 2 clips that hold the element and the element’s front crossbar will snag on the clip that holds the rear cross member. To solve this and prevent the rear clip grabbing the front cross member, used a saw as a guide to cover the rear clip and act as a ramp for the element. Once the front cross member has passed the rear clip, the saw can... Read more
