Fix melted plastic or goop marks on clothes with a new dryer heat diffuser. Replaces damaged diffuser that causes staining. DIY repair with 3 screws.
Removed 3 screws which required a torx bit. Used small headless nails to line up the holes and use as a guide for sliding on new diffuser. Put screws in one at a time and tightened down. rotating the drum helped with slight mis-alignement with the screw holes. Read more

We ordered a door switch, dryer latch and strike plate. We realized that we only needed to replace the door switch. We watched a few videos and then replaced the switch.
