I opened the package, placed the new grille directly on the microwave (top section tucks under the metal lip of microwave), made sure the bottom section snapped into place, then inserted and screwed in the screws to fasten the grille in place. Read more

Follow the trio ubshooting flow chart inside of the microwave panel - and read articles on this website. Turned out to be a thermostat that had popped and gone bad. Replace the thermostat and it is good to go. Read more
