O-rings, sleeves and nuts are not included. For O-rings use WPY913079. For sleeves use 99001333. For nuts use 99002208
Lower spray bar had what looked like spaghettis blocking & protruding from holes on top. Upon further inspection found to be some type of fiber. Further, inspection revealed fiber came from rinse arm. Ordered a new spray bar from you, arrived in three days. Clean all including filters/spray bar put all back together ran like new. This upper dishrack tub wheel attaches to the side of the inner dishwasher tub wall.
Also ordered a lower dish rack along with the tub wheels. Ordering is so easy and delivery was the next day. What a wonderful surprise! Loved the website videos as they helped tremendously with preparing to replace items. Will always use your company for our repair needs. Read more

Bought a pump repair kit and then had to buy a discharge pump housing and a check ball. I could have used some other parts as some were brittle, but they were obsolete. The dishwasher runs quiet and seems to clean well. Read more
Opened up the door panel to get at the control board. It had heat damage around the resistors. Replaced it. Trivial job, easy to get to everything. Don't take the old board out until the new board is available, remove wires from the old board, attach them to the new board as you go. T-20 power screwdriver/drill makes it go fast. NOTE: the button panel is temporarily attached to the main board for shipping by a screw. Remove the screw or you will be very confused. Read more

Purchased the Electronic Control Board and the Control Panel (was no sure which was bad). Installed the new parts purchased from AppliancePartsPros.com. Installation was easy and the parts fit perfectly. After the installation turned on the unit and it works fine now. Since I could not tell which unit was bad, I used the rule of thumb to replace both since electronics can be tricky and if one component can go bad you can bet the other may also at some point.
