This OEM replacement part is a Whirlpool control panel assembly. The control panel assembly is the component that houses the control board. It is the piece that holds the display, as well as the buttons that control the various functions of the oven.To replace the control panel assembly, gain access to the back of the stove after it has been unplugged. Remove the upper back panel of the stove, then remove the screws that secure the control panel assembly to the range. Replace the old panel with new, and refasten the screws to secure the new panel assembly. Reinstall the upper back panel and put the stove back in place. This OEM control panel assembly is sold individually. It is compatible with Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, Sears, and Kenmore Brand stoves.
