The pans and knobs arrived quickly. Both fit perfectly...unfortunately the knobs wouldn't work due to a subtle difference that wouldn't allow the gas stem to be depressed in order to light the burner. No worries, though. The return of them was hassle-free and the Customer Support lady even emailed me the printed Return Form. I did have to pay the shipping charge, though:( Overall, I'd recommend APP in a heartbeat. Put oven control and checked several temperatures. Oven is precisely accurate . Knobs on front work well but one has an inside piece which keeps falling out. I re-called to get advice on repairing it. Parts came remarkably fast. (2 days) Overall I am happy with the results. Time involved in fixing and checking - about 35 minutes.
