Replacing the burner caps was really an easy fix for this particular problem. However, I had a little difficulty finding the exact ones I needed on the website. The online Help (talk to a person) feature is great. This person was immediately able to find what I needed, as well as take all necessary information to complete the credit card transaction. This is the left side hinge guard. For right side use WB34K3.
Replaced the ignitor glow bar and deflector oven (which had a hole burned through it). Screws stripped upon disassembly of original deflector oven and needed to be replaced as well. Read more
