Unscrewed front control panel on oven, lifted it and pulled it out from the wiring/control area without disconnecting anything. Disconnected the Halogen Lamp Assembly. Measured 120V at the mating supply connector. Deduced the Halogen Lamp Assembly was therefore bad since it was getting power but wasn't lighting a lamp.
