Had to remove old glass shards, and reflector tape. Would recommend pliers. I used a utility knife and gloves. Then removed the screws on the top section of outer glass trim. This allowed me to install the metal handle brackets inside and partially behind the trim piece, before securing to new glass. I first removed the door from the oven. I disassembled the door exposing the inner glass plates which my oven had three not including the door face. The glass was easily removed by unscrewing several 1/4 hex screws and clips. Replacing the glass was just a reversal of the disassembly process. I cleaned all the glass as I went. This probably took longer than actually replacing the glass. It was a good time to clean it up though. Read more
