A side pan reflector that directs heat inside the oven cavity and helps protect the oven interior. Replaces a damaged or worn reflector to help maintain even heating and reduce hot spots during cooking. What it does:
GE Profile convection oven, Model # PK956SR1SS. This is the top oven in a double oven set. Top oven is convection oven, but the fan blower that I replaced is NOT the convection fan that you see on the back wall of oven. It is called a "blower tangential assembly." I called appliance Parts pro and they said the replacement part was no longer available but there was a retrofit part to fix the problem. The staff at APP help me get the retrofit parts. Installation was very easy. I took some pictures of the old wiring, really didn't need to cause everything was color coded. Saved so much doing it myself. Highly recommend APP.
