Having researched (on your website) the potential cause of my problem (and having confirmed that the door switch had electrical continuity), I ordered a replacement control board. When it arrived (after only two days--standard shipping), I couldn't figure out how to release the panel, behind which the board was mounted. Removed the door cover; 3 screws on one side. Two screws to remove the old and install the new. Needed pliers to hold the broken part to remove old screws. Read more
