I thought the expensive controller was overheating because the fan wasn't activating. So I replaced this fan switch. The old one bench tested the same as the new one using a heat gun. The $200 controller is on its way. This part should be IDed as the Fan Limit Switch. It's distinguishable from the other switch because the mounting tabs are parallel with the electrical blades. Changed out the oven gasket. It was very easy, but finding the correct gasket was hard. The customer service rep at Appliance pros helped me find the correct piece, refunded me for the wrong gasket I ordered earlier and answered a lot of questions about what else may be wrong if the gasket didn't work. It looks like it might have done the trick. Read more
