I ordered the wrong part number. The 7 inch element arrived and would not replace the 10 inch burned out element. I called appliancepartpros and they gave me the correct part number. So I ordered the 10 inch and it arrived just several days later. They sent an email with a return address for the 7 inch part return. The installation was a piece of cake, just 4 screws to lift the glass and 3 wires to snap on. Outstanding service! Read more

Removal and replacement were easy. I did have some issues figuring out which replacement switch was correct (I didn't access the switch first). Eventually deciding that I had the correct model's switches and that since it was the largest burner. It had to be the highest watt switch. Read more

We ordered the parts from Appliance Parts Pros...they arrived just as scheduled. Hubby installed the two switches, but when he tightened down a bit too much and shattered the glass on the touch panel, which is discontinued from the manufacturer, so we'll be out buying a new range anyways! First replaced the thermostat. That worked for one use. I called an appliance repair person. They came with two common parts that fail. The thermostat and the oven sensor probe. They tested the thermostat I installed and it was good. They then spent an hour testing everything else. Everything else tested good. They kept coming back to this relay.
