Foam seal pad that cushions the dryer blower housing against the cabinet. Replace if cracked, compressed, or missing to restore proper fit and reduce vibration.

I looked up the timer on the website, found it quickly. Called to verify it was the correct timer. Very helpful phone support. Timer arrived VERY quickly. Watched a video on how to replace. It took two repair attempts to fix the dryer. I opened the top of the dryer (after watching the video on your website) and replaced the lever on the switch. Removed two screws near the lint filter, used a putty knife to release fasteners under the top and raised the top. Held it in place with a short piece of board then removed the two screws holding in the switch and lever. Replaced the broken lever with the new one and put it all back together. I'd replaced the motor that I purchased here about a month ago. It worked fine for a few weeks, then it just stopped and wouldn't start. I searched on the Internet and found the 3 most likely culprits. Since the dryer is 24+ years old, I decided to just purchase all 3 and replace them.
