Scott M Orange , CA October 03, 2014 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL LG5201TW0 Whirlpool dryer wouldn't run I'd replaced the motor that I purchased here about a month ago. Edward S Molalla , OR August 27, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Dryer LE5650XMW0 Whirlpool electric dryer model le5650xmw0 lost heat to dry clothes Shut off circuit breaker to dryer. Unplugged dryer. Removed back panel and vacuumed any lint or dust. Checked continuity of heating element, thermostats, including adjustable dryer cycling thermostat -- found no continuity or intermittent continuity in adjustable dryer cycling thermostat. Removed two screws holding both the adjustable dryer cycling thermostat and thermostat and removed from dryer, having already disconnected. When I received the two parts, I observed that they were damaged; and, I notified appliance parts pros and they said they would send overnight new parts. Told me to hold the damaged parts for 30 days. The parts arrived -- grateful, I unpackaged the parts, and installed and the dryer now heats and dry the clothes. GREAT. My wife is happy too.
