This cooktop gasket seals the gap between the cooktop and countertop to help prevent spills and moisture from entering the cabinet while restoring a secure fit and finished appearance. Ideal when the original edge seal is worn or missing. What it does:
Bought the new top. Didn't need any other parts. Slid stove out, took of frame, carefully removed fragments. Applied gasket tape, positioned glass on stove, replaced frame (had to push top down to fit under frame). Replaced screws, cleaned stove. Tests it out, everything worked. Read more

Gas stove spark ignition electrode includes retaining clip for mounting.
Sealed burner gas cooktop has to be removed from the counter top in order to disassemble. This means disconnecting the gas line. To disassemble the unit you will have to remove the gas line regulator. Once the unit is separated you will see the spark module. I replaced the module.
