It was just a door tray. I simply put it in place. I entered my appliance manufacturer and model number, entered the part I needed and they sent the right part. Sounds easy doesn't it? I tried another company first did the same thing and got the wrong part and it looked used. I sent it back (at my expense) with their RMA and a month later still, I'm still waiting for a refund. Took off the freezer door, took off the top hinge on the refrigerator door, replaced the handle, re-installed the top hinge and the freezer door. This is a two person job - one to remove the top hinge and replace the handle, while a second person holds the refrigerator door in place. Replacing the handle was easy.
