This is the toe kick grille that mounts at the bottom front of the refrigerator, covering the condenser area and allowing airflow while providing a finished appearance. I suspected the start-relay and tested it due to the lint plugged condenser coils. The start-relay rattled when shook, a telling sign it is no good due to over heating. I tested the compressor terminals and compared them the results with the Tech Data Sheet found with the unit, to find my compressor was still good.
