Took off the freezer door, took off the top hinge on the refrigerator door, replaced the handle, re-installed the top hinge and the freezer door. This is a two person job - one to remove the top hinge and replace the handle, while a second person holds the refrigerator door in place. Replacing the handle was easy. I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. This is an easy home-owner repair! 1. Get down on the floor with a flashlight and a 5/16 nut driver, and remove the two screws holding the lower panel. Those screws are located beneath the lower panel, so you'll have your head on the floor to see 'em! 2. Lift the lower panel up and out. 3.
