This is an insulating sound shield that attaches to the outside of the dishwasher tub. It dampens noise and vibration during wash and drain cycles, helping to reduce overall operating sound levels. Kick plate was easy; screw holes in the wrong place, but used double-sided tape instead and worked great. Didn't need the extra screws ordered; it came with them. Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more

I noticed the floor around the dishwasher was starting to get wet and warp the wooden floor. The chopper had gotten out of line and had cut a pinhole into the sump housing and the dishwasher was leaking badly. It was quite easy to repair. Just unhook the drain hose and the wire connectors, twist off the turbidity sensor and waste motor, pull out the shims and the whole assemple comes up and out. Removed bottom cover, located leak at float switch, removed and replaced float switch kit. The toughest part of the repair was removing the Float & Retainer Assembly (in the interior of the machine tank) which broke when I pushed it back and pulled it straight up as suggested in the service manual. This bracket mounts inside the dishwasher tub and supports the middle spray arm manifold tube, holding it securely in position. It ensures the spray arm tube stays aligned so water is properly distributed during the wash cycle. Replace this bracket if the middle spray arm wobbles, falls out of place, or if dishes on the upper rack are not getting clean due to poor water coverage.

Gray plastic retainer clip that secures folding tines in your dishwasher's lower rack. Replace if cracked, broken, melted, or missing from rack assembly.
To eliminate ordering parts that are working, I went to hardware store to get a multimeter to test and confirmed the continuity of the themal fuse and the door switches are working. Saw another reviewer post a similar problem and I went with the solution by replacing the panel-ctl.
