John G Media , PA February 04, 2017 Upper spray arm fell off of rack The upper spray arm mount on our KitchenAide dishwasher wore out, allowing the spray arm to droop into the dishes and pots in the lower rack. The replacement part was in stock and it arrived the very next day after I ordered it, with no special shipping cost. An amazing experience! The part took just 10 minutes to install--it could have taken less, but it always takes a few more minutes with a new fix. The washer is back in action, as good as new. I removed the broken stem of the old mounting clip from the upper sprayer and pulled the top dish rack out, removed the rest of the broken mounting clip and snapped the new one on. Read More...
