With help and information on your website, there were three parts that could possibly be causing the malfunction of my dishwasher… the control panel, thermal fuse, and/or door switches. This has been an awesome dishwasher that has never given us any problems, has a very fast wash cycle, is fairly quiet and gets the dishes very clean and dry. Even though it’s 11 years old, I want to keep it running as long as possible and financially feasible. For these reasons, I decided to get all three... Read more
This pivot clip allows the dishwasher tines to fold down flat, creating space for loading large plates and cookware in the lower rack. It provides the hinge mechanism that lets you adjust the tine configuration based on your loading needs. Replace this clip if tines won't stay folded down, pop back up during washing, or if the pivot mechanism is broken.
To eliminate ordering parts that are working, I went to hardware store to get a multimeter to test and confirmed the continuity of the themal fuse and the door switches are working. Saw another reviewer post a similar problem and I went with the solution by replacing the panel-ctl. Ordered the part, replaced it after receiving the delivery package, turned the breaker back on, ran a test cycle, et voila, it works as new. Sidenote, to reset the dishwasher, I pushed " hi-temp dry, "energy... Read more
This small plastic clip attaches to the dishwasher rack tines to hold lightweight or small items in place during the wash cycle, preventing them from flipping over and collecting dirty water. It is especially useful for securing items like plastic lids, baby bottle caps, and other small pieces that tend to move around. Replace this clip if it has become cracked, broken, or no longer grips the rack tines securely.
This kit includes hose clamps and fasteners used during dishwasher installation to secure the drain hose and water supply connections. It ensures tight, leak-free connections between the dishwasher and household plumbing. Replace this kit if you notice water leaking at hose connections or if clamps are corroded, broken, or missing during a new installation or reinstallation.
I bought the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Removed water inlet hose. Removed water outlet hose. Removed water inlet valve which was held on with one screw. Replaced the water inlet value. Reattached both hoses. It leaked a little bit, so I had to put plumbing tape and really make it tight. Then the leaked stopped. Read more
Bottle with brush. Acyrlic touch-up paint. Color: Empire red. Size: 0.6 fl.oz.
White toe panel that covers the bottom front of your dishwasher. Replace if cracked, discolored, or missing to restore a finished appearance.
Replace a cracked, bent, or worn right-hand door hinge on your dishwasher. Restores proper door alignment and smooth opening/closing operation.
We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps. Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue. We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed. I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised. Read more

Fix a dishwasher motor that hums or won't start. This run capacitor provides the phase shift needed for smooth motor operation. DIY repair in 30-45 min.
Figured it was either the capacitor and/or motor. Ordered both parts to be sure. tried changing the capacitor first; same problem. Replaced the motor (leaving the new capacitor in place). Unit now works fine. Overall an easy fix once you get the washer out and tip it on its side or top to get access to the motor area. Read more
Replace your dishwasher's upper dishrack if it's cracked, rusted, or has damaged coating. This top shelf holds plates and bowls securely during wash cycles.
New upper dish rack. At 15 years old, the dishwasher is going strong but inevitable wear and tear ruined the dish rack. The video on the website is not specific to my model but I'm a little handy and was able to figure it out. If I had to do it again, I'd rate the difficulty as a 1, much of the time spent was figuring out how to push all the little plastic lock tabs and switching the rollers and upper water jet assembly from one rack to the other. This is a rubber gasket that seals around the door vent opening on a dishwasher, preventing steam and moisture from escaping into areas where they can cause damage. It fits between the vent assembly and the inner door panel. Replace this gasket if you notice moisture or steam leaking from around the vent area, water dripping down the front of the door, or if the gasket appears cracked, warped, or deteriorated.
We had a repair man come and inspect the unit (Independent). He said he would get the part and get back with us. Almost 8 weeks past, with many calls to the service for an update. So I ordered the part he said was bad, the control board. He did not check the fuse. I ordered the fuse, the new board worked. I removed the new and replaced the old control board. Everything is fine. Thus, I am returning the board. The suggestion to replace the fuse came from your on line tech. He saved me... Read more
