The spray arm itself was fine. The problem was with the plastic parts that held it in place. I had to order an entire replacement spray arm assembly to get the small plastic pin and collar I needed. It took a flashlight and some poking around, but I discovered that the arm is held in place by a small plastic pin that drops into place from above. When the wife told me the dishwasher was leaving water in the bottom of the tub I hoped it'd be that the filter was just clogged. Nope.
