Watch for the small release tabs on the attachments (baskets, rollers and tine holders), "gently" put pressure to release; remember these units have been in hot water and they are brittle. Read more

Ordered numerous replacement parts. Started with the tracks which required pulling the washer out of the cabinet to reach the screws. Pushed it back in and re-secured. Then stared on the rack and replaced the rack adjusters and various clips. Everything is straight forward and easy to replace. I originally called a local repair place to have them repair it.
