There are plenty of DIY youtube videos to show you how to replace the parts. I went ahead and replaced more than just the broken parts. I figured if I had the machine opened up, I might as well replace parts that could go out in the future. I might have gone a bit too far with all the other parts. First found that the cutter assembly had failed - had to replace it; ordered one from this site and easily changed it out. Then, diagnosed that the recirculation pump had failed as well.
