Was able to diagnose problem at AppliancePartsPros.com by entering the model #. This is apparently a common problem with this Refrigerator Replaced Light Socket Assembly, Lamp Reflector, Lamp Case and Lamp Cover. Also replaced the main circuit board (not sure if this was necessary).
