Door gasket creates an airtight seal to keep cold air in and warm air out. Replace if torn, cracked, or no longer sealing properly. Confirm fit by model.

This run capacitor provides the continuous electrical boost needed to keep the refrigerator's compressor motor running efficiently. Unplugged frig to check connections, everything was ok. When I plugged it back in, nothing worked and the display and ice maker were flickering and clicking. Unplugged the display connector on the main board and could hear clicking from the main board itself. Replacing the main board and capacitor fixed it. I only replaced the capacitor as a precaution. it may not have been bad, but I did it for good measure. Everything is working great now and I don't have to buy a new refrigerator. Read more
