This is the clear glass panel mounted inside the washer door that allows you to see your laundry during the wash cycle while creating a seal that keeps water inside the drum. We had a power surge that tripped the washer breaker. It showed an E23 error code so I replaced the main control board (part number AP4362398.) All washer activity back to normal except it still wouldn't spin and still had E23 code.
