Water was accumulating in the drawer pedestal, it was leaking from the front of the washer so I thought it was the front door seal. I also noticed it would leak even when the washer was not being used so I doubted it was the door seal. After examining it, 2 of the 4 retainer clips had broken off. My wife grabbed her tablet, found Appliance Parts Pros website, saw 2 videos featuring our exact model of washer and ordered the 3 parts to replace broken and soon to fail parts ! Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Very easy Read more

First problem was figuring out the correct part to order. I went to the Frigidare website for help there. The door was sandwiched in several layers. The part that broke was of course the plastic one. The door was poorly designed having a piece of plastic support heavy glass and metal! My brother, an engineer actually did the repair as it required three people to install the reassembled door. Our washing machine door boot seal was getting moldy and causing odor problems. Cleaning tablets and bleach weren't helping so it was time to be replaced. While I had the top and front off I changed all the hoses that could be collecting soap scum and mold, all other wetted parts were removed and washed. The E32 diagnostic code that the Frigidaire washer was throwing after a quick water fill attempt was not in the supplied Data Sheet that came with the washer and Frigidaire would not provide and updated Data Sheet because, "it's a liabiliity issue" was their statement, but they did tell me that the problem was in the Fill Pressure Sensor/Wire Harness or the Main Control Board (the display board).
