The balance ring clip fell between the drum and the plastic tub. I watched the step by step video, went out and bought a tub ring tool to remove the tub ring nut and did not find the clip. I disassembled the machine further reviewing the video again. In the end the machine must have been apart before and there were 3 clips missing total. I ordered 8 new clips and replaced them and reversed the procedure to reassemble the machine once again watching the video putting the machine back to better... Read more

At first I thought the water level fill switch might be bad because I was not sure if the hose was plugged in when I opened the panel.
