This is a small white plastic plug that fills the hinge sleeve hole on a refrigerator or freezer door. It covers unused hinge mounting holes to provide a clean, finished appearance, especially after reversing the door swing. Took off the freezer door, took off the top hinge on the refrigerator door, replaced the handle, re-installed the top hinge and the freezer door.
