Once we found the hidden 'Troubleshooting Guide' in the control panel, we were able to run a diagnostic check on it. A voltmeter was VERY helpful, and after running through the steps, found that the "inertial unbalance switch" was bad. It was easy to get to by removing the door, front panel, and then lifting the top off...it is attached to the top of the tub.
