This is a Whirlpool washer control board. This is the main control board behind the user interface, not to be confused with the motor control board located within the body of the washer. This part controls the main functions of the washer and toggles between different cycles. Certain functions may become unavailable intermittently when the main control board loses function. The washer may also continue to spin, not following the regular timeline of the cycle.Start the repair by pulling the control knob from the front of the washer. Pull the washer out from the wall to access the rear panel. Remove the screws from the back panel, and push back on the control panel while sliding a flat head under the right corner to release the mounting clip. Repeat this on the left side, and the central console should pull free. Release the clips for the wire harness and remove the air hose from the control board. Remove the mounting screws and pull the control board from its protective console. Reverse this process to install the new component. This product is a genuine OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. This part is compatible with Whirlpool, Maytag, and JennAir appliances.

After much internet research (primary YouTube) as to why my Maytag Neptune washing machine's spin cycle stopped working, I ordered the parts I needed to fix it. Sure enough, it was a failed wax motor and a blown control board at fault. After replacing both parts, we have a functioning washing machine again. While I was at it, I replaced the soap dispenser's bezel and lid since they were deteriorating and now we have a "new" washer! I also replaces the thermostat in the matching dryer and we... Read more

Front load washer door boot seal, comes with drain plug and clamp.
I used the instructions from some of your previous customers. When I was ready to pull the inner tub from the outer tub, it pulled very hard. The front bearing had been HOT and really marked the shaft. The SEAL appeared to be almost plastic, not much left. I removed the seal from the Front bearing. This model had the original type seal with the plastic spacer behind the seal and in front of the front bearing.. BE SURE TO NOTE HOW THE PLASTIC SPACER CAME OUT--feet on spacer toward the... Initially replaced the pump. However, I believe the pump went bad due to the pressure switch failing and allowing the pump to run continuously. Once I replaced the pressure switch everything was fine. FYI, the wiring harness on my washer was slightly different and would not align to t the tabs on the new switch. I had to remove the black harness guide on top of the switch and just align the harness wires to the tabs manually. My ground wire was separate from the harness. I just plugged it... Read more

Washer failed one night, gushing 15+ gallons of water across the floors. Called appliance service company out to take a look at it. Service rep. determined problem was drain pump and/or pressure switch. But because our washer was over 10-12yrs old, he claimed that parts were no longer available and we'd need to buy another washer. I went online to Appliance Parts Pros the next day, found the parts, watched their helpful DIY videos and ordered the parts. When the parts arrived the next day... Read more
