Removed cabinet.....had to use a small blade screwdriver to insert into security type screws holding cabinet on ....could catch a couple of points on the screws to turn them.....the bulb assembly is on two plastic pins and held in by a plastic catch....unplugged 2 wires and released catch and removed bulb assembly.....new assembly slides right in and snaps into place...hooked up the 2 wires....put cabinet back on....back in business. Went on line to look up part. couldn't fin the right part number so went to chat on line. tech was very helpful with assisting me and explained why the part kept coming up not combatable. the part they sent didn't work so went on line chat and they walk me through some checks and determine I needed to get the same part sent again for the one I had was bad. (thing like that just happen) when other part came in it worked just fine and replacement time for changing out part was 45 min. I am please... Read more
