I decided to ask my husband to repair this ourselves after reading the reviews that all read the task was easy peezy 15-30 minutes. It's easy now that he knows how to do it. There was no instruction sheet (as promised) in the glass box. The video on the site for the gasket repair was nothing like our oven. Our gasket is on the door. I check the troubleshooting guide and found that the temperature sensor could be the problem. I checked the Appliance Parts website to see what it looked like. Finally found it in the over. Ordered it from the picture / description on the site. It arrived early and I installed it. Oven is now working! Removing the double wall oven from cabinet was the hardest part. Bulky and heavy, about 250lbs. Removed doors and racks, then had helper to remove oven and put it on a flat rolling movers cart. The cart made it easier to work on unit and kept it from damaging floor. Replacing part was pretty easy. Removed back panel and top cover to replace upper oven cooling fan, and also replaced upper convection fan at same time.
