The job should have been very easy after watching a youtube video but the panel was stuck on the bottom and it took a call to the AppliancePros customers service line to figure out I needed some extra effort to pry it loose. During the repair, the door latch broke and I had to order another one. Through all of this AppliancePros was extremely professional and responsive and delivery was excellent. Read more

Out of the blue, my dishwasher would not start. I checked power to the machine and I had power, so I then removed the inside backplate and started to investigate. I found a door latch assembly handle that was cracked off and thought that might be my problem, and the handle had to be replaced be replaced anyway to be functional, so I did that. Three possible reasons, door latch/ control board or control panel. It turned out the flat wire from the control panel was corroded. Changed the part and now washer works fine. The control panel was isolated as problem with use of multimeter. Read more
Ordered control panel from Appliance Parts Pros and received within two days. It actually took me longer to find a torx bit to fit the screws in the dishwasher door than it actually took me to remove the screws and replace the control panel.
