This door latch hook secures your dishwasher door in the closed position during operation, ensuring proper sealing and safety. It engages with the door strike to prevent the door from opening while water is present or during cycles. Replace this hook if your dishwasher door won't stay closed, cycles won't start, or water leaks from the door area.

The job should have been very easy after watching a youtube video but the panel was stuck on the bottom and it took a call to the AppliancePros customers service line to figure out I needed some extra effort to pry it loose.
