This float palnut is a push-on retainer that secures the dishwasher's water-level float to its stem. Keeping the float anchored helps the overfill protection work properly, supporting correct fill levels and helping prevent leaks from overfilling. What it does:
I first installed the inlet pump with no results. I then ordered a Control Switch and Float and Nut. This fixed the problem. Everything comes out so clean. I also replaced the filter which allowed me to clean debris around old filter. It is also easier to replace all these parts with the dishwasher pulled out and tilted on its side. This knob controls the rinse aid dispenser setting in your dishwasher, allowing you to adjust how much rinse aid is released during the wash cycle. It typically has numbered settings from low to high dispensing amounts. Replace it if you can't adjust the rinse aid flow, the knob is missing, or if it won't stay in the selected position.

Removed 8 screws that retain inner door to outer door. Removed rinse aid dispenser nut and replaced O-ring around dispenser. Also, removed 2 screws that retain the latch assembly and replaced rubber grommet around latch lever that retains soap dispenser door. Read more

This is a plastic tine that holds dishes in place within your dishwasher rack. It can be folded down when loading larger items and springs back up to secure smaller dishes and glasses. Replace it when tines are broken, won't stay upright, or can't hold dishes securely during wash cycles.
Placed old bowl tine caps from old part onto the new part and Inserted the part where it was removed from. Read more

Ordered the part from AppliancePartsPro's, watched the video, new latch works perfect. I've repaired several appliances in my house by diagnosing simple problems going to AppliancePartsPro's diagram's, ordering the part and installing myself. Never had any problems. The bearing in the back of the dryer was tricky but worked great. Keep track of all parts when you disassemble and assemble in reverse order. The foam was shot on the detergent cup lid. Hard as a rock. Causing caking problems, dribble down the inside wall of the door and leaving lumps of detergent. Cut the door in half wit aviation snips and pulled out the two halves. Discovered at this point that the spring had gone soft. Bought one ahead of time, so I was set. Put the spring on the left pin, put the spring pin in the door, slipped the door into place (open) and put the right pin in with pliers. Door snaps open now. Read more

Got my son to fix it for me. He had to pull the dishwasher out from under the counter to reach the remaining part of the door latch.
