Took out 3 torx screws on each side, much of the insides fell out at this point. At this point I had the new part and what was left of the old part and the adjust lever. Screwed them back together and that was that. The new support piece was not needed. Read more

Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more
