I watched a YouTube tutorial on "fridge's not cooling". A few troubleshooting ideas were discussed, one of which was to replace the "device start" and "run Capacitor". I probably only needed the device start but decided to purchase both through "AppliancePartsPros.com" for a total of $134. This is a utility storage drawer that slides into the refrigerator compartment, typically used as a pantry or deli drawer for organizing meats, cheeses, and other items. It sits on built-in tracks or rails inside the fresh food section. Replace this drawer if it is cracked, broken, or the sides are damaged and it no longer slides smoothly on its tracks.
Temporary fix was to glue it. The final fix was a new pan which is sold as a complete unit. Old one out, new one in. The hardest part was determining what the part was called. I was looking for a "drawer" as the crispers are called, but after some searching I found a parts diagram that called it a "utility pan". Problem solved, part ordered and installed.
