Replaced the motor, however not the easiest to do with the older refrigerators. First I had to remove the shelf that hold the ice bin. There is a small screw midway underneath the tray. Once removed the shelf is loose but still hard to remove. There is a side panel that is slotted andonce removed the shelf can then be removed, but not knowing that it is a very odd fitting unit. • Leaking

Every once in a while we'd get a small leak just under the left side (freezer door). I moved the fridge out and saw the water stain towards the front of the unit. Carefully removing the grate (see the video on how to do this so you don't snap the plastic brackets. Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off. One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn. Unscrewed the cover (just one screw using socket wrench), disconnected 4 cables, reconnected replacement part, re-covered unit. Done in < 5 minutes! Only 2 hurdles I had were: - green ground wire was difficult to pull off of old part. Had to use a small screwdriver to help pry it loose from connector. - while attaching one of the wires to the new part, I accidently pushed against the connector when it wasn't perfectly aligned, resulting in a bent connector pin ... with the result being the...
