I'm way too lazy to go to a store and look at a gigantic wall of light bulbs. So I poured a glass of wine, googled the make and model of my refrigerator followed by "lightbulb" and this bulb came up. After watching numerous videos I was able to discern that the problem was with one of the following: the timer, the heater, or the thermostat. a short time check showed me that the timer was working so that narrowed it down to the other two. Not having the necessary tools to check those two I ordered both parts. Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off. One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn. One roller just had a burr around the inside edge of the hole. The other the entire bore was a bit undersized, creating a snug fit.... Read more

Temporarily stuck a BMW lug bolt through the bracket and pivot opening to secure the door on the base, then waited just 3 days for the exact parts to come in from AppliancePros. Searching for the appliance model number brought me to the Appliance Pros website where finding the exact parts was quick and easy. I removed the back panel in freezer and light cover then the following: remove the rusted clips, unplug heater and replaced new heater, the thermostat defrost I unfasten, clip on replacement and connected plugs. Read more

Checked out the video on your site on how to disassemble the ice maker. Was really easy when you know the correct sequence. Only 3 screws and it's out of the freezer. Disassembled the ice maker on my kitchen counter and replaced the ice stripper. Reassembled and installed back in my freezer. It is as good as new Read more

Replaced the ice tray and motor mount plate. While I was there I replaced the thermostat also. New parts arrived in a day and a half. Read more

Replaced motor, fan and lock-nut. My repair was on a built in Refrigerator-Freezer so most of the time was spent on pulling out and putting back the unit to get to the area I needed to behind the upper top. Read more
