After reading posts on the problem I concluded that the motor and solenoid was OK because I was getting water shooting out in the water line before the water entered the freezer door. There was no repair video for this fix so I had to figure it out myself. I removed all the shelves out of the refrigerator, then the light cover. The air vent cover lifts up and out from the bottom(reason why I removed all shelving. Then I took out the broken dial pan chill which just snaps in to the control arm.
