On dissasembly the venturi was fused into the jet holder which caused the whole assembly to spin and ruined (spun) the burner supply tube in the process. I found Appliance Parts Pros in an internet search and cruised the site. I found the replacement broil element but still had some questions, so I contacted the support personnel by telephone. The woman I spoke to, Suzanne from Tennessee, was knowledgeable, congenial, and professional. I ordered up the part, and replaced the old element (the worst part of the repair). I removed the old, broken one. Found the correct replacement part. Ordered it on Sunday. It arrived on Tuesday. I installed it and I was back in business. Read more
