I replaced the fan and heater element. The replacement was not an exact match. I had to adjust the parts to get the harness to fit the plug was not the correct size. I cut it off and used the existing plug. Not a big deal and everything else fit. Pretty good for a twenty year old replacement. Also the heater element was a different shape but it fit as is. A friend had suggested your website and I can not say enough about it!!! I'm thrilled to say that my oven works now! I watched the video that you provide and I think that it was excellent to see as it prepared me for the task at hand. My element replacement was a little different than the video, but overall concept was the same. Fix loud tapping or knocking noises and uneven cooling in your fridge. This air damper restores balanced temperature control. DIY repair in about 1 hour.
All my reading online pointed to the damper doors, and by standing in the open door of my fridge, I patiently waited until it happened again, and determined it was the ones behind the crisper. Problem was, there's both a single unit and a double set of doors listed on your part list. I decided to order both sets (and they came in two days, thank you). I watched your great video and even though my unit didn't perfectly match the one you demonstrated, it was close enough that I made the repair... Read more

Since fridge was 17 years old I decided to order the entire evaporator fan assembly as shown in the parts diagram including fan blade, motor brackets, motor, motor mounts, screws, etc. Getting to the assembly involved removing the ice maker unit plus the entire rear inside of the freezer section. Parts cost around... Read more
