I checked your video online and found that it did not apply to my refrigerator, a GE Profile model. I wasn't sure if I needed to remove the bracket/escutcheon or not. The repair proved to be much easier once I removed the control panel (after first turning off the power), unclipped the wire harnesses, removed four screws holding the assembly and then took out the assembly. This refrigerator has a second evaporator in the fresh food section. This evaporator has a plastic cover assembly (WR17X11915) that includes two fan motors and styrofoam insulation held in place. When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well.
