The problem was most likely the evaporator fan motor but it could have been a bad blade, loose parts or bad motor mounts. Hard to tell without taking everything apart and inspecting. The fresh food door hinge lever assembly is a linkage mechanism at the fresh food section's door hinge that guides smooth door movement and helps maintain proper door alignment.
