My wife thought we should order an entire door or replace the ovens! I found AppliancePartsPros online. Ordered the wrong part only realizing this after taking the door apart. I then called customer service and Mr. Chris Norwood handled my call. He cancelled my order and found the correct glass for me. This was about 3pm on a Fri. A local power failure with several on/off cycles apparently fried the control board on my 8 year-old double oven. After the power failure, the oven display was dark, but pressing keys still resulted in beeps and the oven light came on when the door was opened. The lights in the electronic panel went out on our double oven. The start button would beep, but that was it. It came back on for a few minutes every other day or so, but certainly not anything we could rely on. So I found the part online and bought with these guys because they were super helpful over the phone, confirmed the new part would work for my oven model (RBD305PDS14), and had a fantastic return policy.
