My wife thought we should order an entire door or replace the ovens! I found AppliancePartsPros online. Ordered the wrong part only realizing this after taking the door apart. I then called customer service and Mr. Chris Norwood handled my call. He cancelled my order and found the correct glass for me. This was about 3pm on a Fri. A local power failure with several on/off cycles apparently fried the control board on my 8 year-old double oven. After the power failure, the oven display was dark, but pressing keys still resulted in beeps and the oven light came on when the door was opened.
